Terms of use and sale

1. Service

Firnio analyzes CSV/XLSX files in the browser, proposes deterministic corrections and lets the user export a new copy. Ambiguous values marked as needing review are not automatically changed. The user remains responsible for reviewing the result before professional use or import into another system.

2. Free tier

Files with up to 10,000 rows can be cleaned and exported for free using the features available in V1.

3. One-time paid export

For files from 10,001 to 50,000 rows, analysis remains free and export can be unlocked for €4.90 per source file. This is not a subscription.

The unlock is associated with the SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact source file. After payment, Firnio issues a signed authorization stored in the browser and verified server-side before export. Clearing local browser data, using another browser/device or changing the file may require support. Keep the PayPal transaction identifier.

4. Excel

For XLSX files, Firnio V1 analyzes only the first worksheet and generates a data-only workbook: formatting, formulas, macros and other worksheets are not preserved. This limitation is also shown in the interface before export.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by PayPal. PayPal must confirm the payment before Firnio unlocks export. If payment is confirmed but the unlock fails, contact support with the PayPal transaction identifier.

6. Availability and limitations

Firnio is provided with the goal of producing a reliable result, but no automated tool can guarantee that every data value is correct, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not use it as the sole control for critical or regulated decisions. Temporary website or payment-provider interruptions may occur.

7. Acceptable use

You must have the right to process files you open with Firnio. You must not use the service to bypass security controls, infringe third-party rights or conduct unlawful activity.
